Hydrothermal Autoclave

Our Features

  • High-Temperature Resistance: Designed to withstand temperatures up to 250°C or more, suitable for various hydrothermal synthesis processes.
  • Corrosion-Resistant Material: Made from high-quality stainless steel (e.g., SS 316) to resist corrosion from acidic or alkaline solutions.
  • Leak-Proof Design: Equipped with a PTFE or Teflon lining to ensure a leak-proof environment and enhance safety during operations.
  • Pressure Handling: Capable of handling high pressure, typically up to 3 MPa (30 bar), ensuring reliable performance in different experimental conditions.
  • User-Friendly Operation: Simple and safe to operate with easy opening and closing mechanisms, ensuring convenience for laboratory personnel.
  • Durable Construction: Robust and durable construction to ensure long-term reliability and minimal maintenance requirements.

The Hydrothermal Autoclave reactor is used to carry out hydrothermal reactions at high pressure and high temperature. In the Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or Teflon-lined autoclave, the reaction is carried out at maximum 240-degree Celsius, while the safe temperature is 180-degree Celsius. Maximum working pressure of PTFE lined reactor is 3 Mpa. Recommended maximum heating and cooling rate is 5°C/min. The hydrothermal synthesis autoclave is great corrosion resistance and strong airtightness. It is also good acid and alkaline resistance hence used for highly alkaline and acidic solutions.
